I have mild asthma and would like to know how long it takes for the Ventolin (blue) and Qvar (brown) inhalers to work once I use them.

Its pretty much instant when i was younger i had to carry mine everywhere and when i used it i was like 3 or 4 seconds before i could breath. but mine was just one white inhaler, and don't remember what it was.

blue works almost immediatly, get iy right in your lungs,

as Dan said the brown is not for relieft but to help prevent and can take a week or so to get into your system
