If she has no HPV symptoms except the medical test, she could have high risk (cancer causing) HPV, but she could also have low risk (wart causing) with no visible warts. Since you didn't mention the strain (or strains) that she has I assume you don't know, so why take the chance of getting high risk HPV from her? you should be HPV vaccinated if you are having sexual contact with anyone or abstain from any physical contact if you are not vaccinated.
