I thought i maybe had Anxiety. i've been lightheadded and extreamly tired so i saw my Dr. he said it could be the flu, or mono but i dont have a fever, loss of appitite, sore throat, or any cold symptoms. i'm getting blood work this week but I am getting worried.

I had mono several years ago and I didn't experience the fever,some people do and some don't,a useful web site is at webmd.com type in mono in the search bar,I hope this is of some help to you.
