I have random, sharp, sudden pains in my lower abdomen & it has slightly swollen recently which i haven't experienced before, nausia, re-occuring headaches and sometimes heartburn.
The abdominal swelling has never happened before & although its unnoticable to others, im worried
what do you reckon is wrong with me?

lower abdomen is you colon, do you go to the loo regularly? 1's and 2's? if not you may need a laxative to get you more regularly would only suggest a small dose of over the counter remedies you should really see a doctor

You need more evaluation of your condition by sonar .blood and urine tests CT scan etc .
So it is hard to tell exactly your case without these investigations
