i have some puzzling symptoms. i get pains on both of my sides, like sharp pains that come and go. no fever, but when i wake up in the morning, i have diarrhea. i dont have that at any other time of day. sometimes with it, i will feel sick to my stomach. last night the pains were so bad that i was doubled over, then they went away.

Please see a doctor soon. there are any number of reasons this could be happening. you may have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Crohn's Disease, or a host of other things. Or, it may be a minor problem. either way, you need to be checked by a physician.
