what could it be,i have been to the lab and the symptoms still exist, diarrhea, runny foul smelling greasy stringy stools several times a day, what could be the cause, someone said something with the pancreas or liver?? what could it be, what should i do. i have consulted the lab and a doctor, still symptoms exist??????

It surely does not sound like an STD.

Do you have pain? Try some prune juice to clean yourself out. go to the doctor and explain your concern.

Are you sure it's not some sort of food poisoning or allergy?

NO One on yahoo can say what you have… We'd need to know your full medical history, allergies, and other symptoms… we would also need to know if you've done any traveling to foreign countries, used any Antibiotics recently, had any changes in your diet, lactose intolerance, and how long these symptoms of greasy, foul, diarrhea have been going on, a day, a week, a month, ect… Only a doctor can diagnose what exactly is wrong after a thorough exam.
Your symptoms can be caused by anything from Bowel disorders such as Colitis, Chrohn's disease, Celiac disease, or Irritable Bowel Syndrome, to a bacterial, viral, or parasitic infection such as Giardia, Shigellosis to name a few…
