Besides prescription drugs, what has worked for you? As in lifestyle changes, diet, exercise, herbs, vitamins, etc. Please be specific, and say which symptoms have been helped.

Thanks!

I follow the Dr Swank diet and that helps a lot in MANY ways. I also take magnesium to help with muscle spasms. Most importantly look up something called Low Dose Naltrexone on the internet. it was a BIG help to me and I still take it. Start it ASAP.

Well, for me…I start having symptoms if I am not healthy. so to make them go away, I start to sleep earlier…sleep a lot longer…naps help. Eat WAYYY healthier…sushi is a big one for me I love it.

And significantly reduce your stress! Stress throws all of these things off…automatically if you're stressed, you don't sleep good, you don't eat right…

If I am too stressed…I take sleep medication, because rest is very important when it comes to M.S. And of course, exercise, preferably way from heat. such as swimming, or exercising indoors.

Oh yes, and fish oil supplements help a lot too, it reduces nerve swelling a little.

my husband has mild MS, his symptoms include tingling sensations in his hands and arms and a feeling of lightness in his body.

He started taking Ginko Bilboa and Ginseng as well as keeping active by going to the gym regularly, this has dramatically improved his symptoms and he leads a totally normal life

Eating sushi is naturally risky. it is made from rice, seaweed and raw fish. Eating any kind of raw meat is always risky for people who are not accustomed to it. Charice, Foster and his crew are obviously not Japanese, Eskimos or Inuits who are used to eating raw meat.

Many people who try raw meat for the first time, especially those who are used to Western or cooked diets, experience the same symptoms, including vomiting. I know some people with similar experiences. they had to eat it again for several times before their immune system developed immunity towards it. but eventually, they became much stronger and healthier.

Eating raw food is now a fad in the U.S. because scientists have discovered its health benefits. Ancient people have always eaten raw meat, just like lions, jackals and vultures. The Inuits and Eskimos, for example, catch animals like fish and eat it raw.

Westerners have satirized this practice in movies like Lord of the Rings, through characters like Gollum.

Inuits and Eskimos have not bothered to cook anything until recently, when evil Christian missionaries forced them to cook their meat. since then, they have become sickly like Westerners.

Westerners have always wondered why Inuits and Eskimos don’t get sick from scurvy, parasites and worms. Westerners have also always advised cooking to kill bacteria.

But experiments with humans and animals have led to remarkable findings. Cats which were fed diets of cooked and raw food showed that the cats which were fed raw meat became very healthy, but those which ate cooked food were sickly like humans.

Humans who have experimented on raw meat after being accustomed to cooked food also became sickly for a while. then as their immune system developed after eating raw meat continuously, they became stronger. Eventually, they became much healthier than average people.

Indeed, Jackals and vultures run around in the wild, eating lion leftovers which have rotted away with flies for hours or even days, but they remain healthy.

This is because their natural diet has made them strong. The modern Western diet makes people sickly. Frying, for example, especially deep frying, creates carcinogens and free radicals in food. Every bite of KFC chicken or a McDonald’s burger will contribute to cancer. Grilling also does the same thing.

That’s why the Japanese who regularly eat raw food are one of the healthiest people in the world. they have the longest lifespans in the world despite their stressful technological lifestyles which contribute to aging.

The media never mentions information like this because sensationalized myopic news sells more. Like the Paparazzi, their aim is to make money from consumers, so it is always advisable to hear or read the news, especially Western-geared news, with a grain of salt.

Indeed, the media should be educating people, not taking advantage of their ignorance. That’s why in countries like Singapore and China, the media is controlled and censored.
