i don't know if my child might have a stomach virus. she is 13 years old and she is experiencing an inflamed stomach and stomach pain. what is wrong with her?

The main symptoms of a stomach virus are watery diarrhea and vomiting i had that yesterday and it was over in about 24 hours.

If she has an inflamed stomach lining then that's a different story.
She may have gastritis it is nothing serious.
