My friend has leukemia and i have told her about how i have been feeling lately. I have been very tired and i have strange bumps on the back of my neck. my friend was the same and shes scared i have cancer. Are these symptoms of leukemia?

While what you are describing can be a symptom of leukemia, that is not the only thing to cause this and certainly not enouth for a diagnosis.

A bit like diagnosing someone with swine flu when they sneeze. it could be just a cold, hayfever, allergy or too much pepper on their food!

It would be higly unlikely for you both to have this at the same time. Only about 1 person in 10, 000 gets diagnosed with leukemia each year and just over 10% are under 21.
