At any case, of any disease, you should go see your doctor. every person has a bend to their disease, kind of like saying that even if you have the same disease as someone else one of you has it harder than the other. You should always primarily see a doctor.

Skin cancer, as any other cancer, would depend. if the cancer spreads to your brain you could have different symptoms.
A common sympton would be dizzyness, an uncomfortable feeling, shortage of breath sometimes, and at a more elevated cancer hallucinations. So it all depends on how far your cancer has spreaded or grown.
