Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Trich, and Chlamydia all negative, but I have a crawling, tingling sensation still with some discharge. I thought it was a yeast or bacterial infection but the nurse ruled that out too.

ask specifically to be tested for both kinds of HSV. they usually don't test for herpes unless you ask for it. it could be nothing, but just to be sure.
