i did the herpes test 7 years ago and it came negative.about 3 years ago i developed pink spots on my legs and they itch.what could they be?

Actually, the only way to check to see if you have herpes is, there needs to be bumps in the genital area because they take a swab of the sore and run a test on it. if there are no outbreaks then there is no sure way of testing for herpes. It sounds to me like you have hives though

you do not need the symptoms for a test so go to a doctor, its better to be safe than sorry
