For the past couple of weeks i've been having obsessive thoughts and feel lost in my own little world of confusion. I can't stop thinking about suicide and watching the same movie over and over again. I can talk fluently but when I enter a social situation I psysically can't talk.
I can't help rocking backwards and fowards over and over again and banging my head against a brick wall in my house, and I can't look at someone when i'm talking and people say I look strange and stare into space all the time.
I'm so confused, scared and feel stuck in a cycle that wont end. My question is, does this sound like Autism or Aspergers disorder ?.
What are the symptoms ?.

It is neither of theses sounds more obsessive compulsive with depression thrown in why don't you see a doctor and please get some help

If these symptoms have only recently started then i would suggest depression rather than anything on the autistic spectrum. Although of course in any situation where health (mental or physical) is affected then it should be a doctor advising you not us.

i hope you are being serious and not taking the mickey i have a daughter with autsitic spetrum disorder and it is no laughing matter

assuming you are being serious… the symptoms of autism or aspergers show up in the first 1-3 years of life. so given you are older than that, which you are of course, you dont have these disorders. see a doctor now.

Your symptoms do pose a more mental health issue rather than a physiological issue such as autism or aspergers. Your symtpoms do not sound like aspergers syndrome as early warning signs here are lack or social skills and violence towards others (although not always) again autism has a lack of social awareness.
What you seem to be describing maybe as severe as a psychosis induced by OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) OCD alone should make you self harm or feel suicidal and this is why I think you are developing a psychosis.
Visit your GP and ask to be seem by the Adult Mental Health Services, alternatively in the UK, you can admit yourself for observation and analysis.
I think you must go and see a professional before your psychosis develops further.

Aspergers is a form of autism and affects the way that a person communicates and relates to others. it is usually accompanied by a lack of of imagination and creativity. There is a broad scale of autistic spectrum disorders ranging from severe where the person might have huge intellectual problems and abilities, to someone who is bordering on being a genius but having mild socialisation difficulties. most people with ASD's enjoy routine and like their life in order. A diagnosis in childhood is important but sadly this is often missed. I would suggest you see your GP to get a proper diagnosis as if your behaviours have only recently appeared it is likely that it could be due to other issues.
