I've had a sore throat for almost two days, but only when swallowing. however I don't have any other symptoms such as coughing or generally feeling "sick".

What is my disease? What should I do?

That happens to me sometimes, I wouldn't worry about it too much. take some sore throat medicine and see if it gets any better. If not, call the doctor and ask, maybe your tonsils are bad.
