chest pain,heart beat increase upto to 120,nervous weakness,laziness in every work,dizziness some times,trembling of hands.but i also go to doctor and he take ecg and scan of my heart and they take a thyroid test also.my ecg report is abnormal and my scan and thyroid report is normal then he said don't worry you are ok but my heart beat still increase sometimes so plz help me.
