I think I'm allergic to tree nuts. I'm not positive, but every time I eat a nut, my tongue gets swollen and the back of my throat feels itchy as well as the tip of my tongue. What are the symptoms of nut allergies? do you think I have an allergy against them?

I need a list of some fatal allergies and their symptoms for a book I'm writing. Food would probably be the easiest to write, but I'm sure I could at least try to pull something different off. also, the more symptoms the better (in this case).
