I think you have proved your point. Your doctor should provide the psychiatric referral as rabies/lockjaw related angioplasty is often caused by neural damage to the cerebral cortex. You are right on the money with regards to Judy, Mama and Sylvia though and mind altering drugs would have helped alleviate the psychotic behaviors that all of you are experiencing.
