Thus, this person is unable to maintain a good image in public due to his or her unpredictable behavior.4. Illusions and delusions: the patient follows the illusions which are actually unreal. a person suffering from delusion believes all the delusions whether or not its true or false.for instance, a patient suffering from Schizophrenia is actually poor and not well known and everyone around know this. but the patient believes other way round and acts like one of the celebrities or a well-known character. Or suppose, the sufferer feels that he is spied by some unknown forces around him/her.5. Confusion: Individuals suffering from Schizophrenia are usually perplexed and unconfident. the person feels frightened about some kind of imaginary danger approaching him or her.
