When Medication fails , What relieves the itching and swelling. Will there ever be a cure for this disease?

warm bath? no i dont think there will ever be a cure. been around to long and no ones found one yet

My boyfriend has a problem. sometimes after he ejaculates he gets a really bad stomach and back ache he said its like being kicked in the testicles. I told him to ask his doctor about it so he did and he said he had prostatitis, but he didn't suggest anything to treat it besides a warm bath, I googled it and he doesn't have most of the symptoms they list and it only happens about once a month but I feel bad and I need to know how I can help. thank you
