im 28 male and had testicle pain went to doctor got ct scan and seen resolving epididymitiis he never gave me antibiotic. now i have enlarged prostate/prostatitis and finally gave me antibiotic. this is very bothersome only symptom i got now is rectum pressure and feeling of sitting on golfball at times it comes and goes. put me on aleve regimen and zpack(Azithroymicin) any help on what to do or expect?

Sometimes they just feel too awkward with their doctor. A lot of people have problems talking about their bodily functions, and want to know if someone has had a similar experience, so they can try to handle it without a doctor first. I personally go to the doctor every time I feel even a little sick. I pay for full coverage so if I so much as sneeze twice I go to the doctor.

Believe it or not, there are allot of medical people from doctors to pharmacists that answer people's questions here. many of those that aren't lucky enough to have money both to eat and go to the doctor can then find out which choice they might need to make. others have children and don't know if it's just the sniffles or getting allergy's, and still others can get any and all the info needed for almost everything if they look it up in the archives. please remember that not everyone has the advantage of medical insurance. I, myself found out that after I was disabled and couldn't do a job I loved could have gone into a depression if it weren't for Yahoo! Answers. I do always reiterate what I say has to be backed up by a Doctor and then try to include which kind. Then include the fact that most hospitals will help them get medicaid if there in a state that has it for both themselves and there children. just a wild guess but haven't you ever just wanted to know something that might turn into a problem or not? Well, that's a difficult question because "cancer" is a general term meaning "runaway growth of cells".

If it's brain cancer, the symptoms can be "the person has headaches and acts strangely". If it's in a different part of the brain, the person's symptoms may include blindness.

If it's in the bowel, the person may have blood in his or her stool.

If it's in the pancreas, the person may have smelly stools.

If it's on the skin, the person will have oddly-shaped spots usually of motley colour.

Bone cancer, blood cancer, lymph cancer — all have very different symptoms.

Perhaps this doesn't help much! but if you could provide more details of the symptoms or of the cancer, whichever you know for sure, then perhaps Yahoo Answers could be more targeted to your situation?

I just lost my sister on 4/20 to Pancreatic Cancer. The problem with this cancer is there are no symptoms until it is to late. She turned yellow and her bile duct was clogged resulting in everything in her bowel to pass threw her mouth…. we rushed her to the hospital and the rest is history. she was diagnosed on 7/20 and passed on 4/20….emotionally.. she was great… she swore to fight this with every chemo / radiation treatment… it was me that was emotionally gone… i knew the end result was she was not going to win… but she thought she could. the Dr's. never told her she was going to die… they tell you that they do not have a crystal ball to see the future.

I miss her more then words can say, but I hope she is in a better place!

There's no such diagnosis as "nervous breakdown." It's just a term coined by the entertainment world that seeped over to mainstream society.

If you have anxiety or panic attacks that are interfering with your life, you may have an anxiety disorder. if you are so overwhelmed you want to stay in bed all the time and can't eat or function, you may have depression. if you are hearing voices or seeing things other people don't see, you may have schizophrenia. It could be a hundred other things that make you "break down."

Please talk to a doctor or counselor today. More than likely whatever you have is treatable.

Apparently Dr can hear a difference in your lung sound before you even notice symptoms.

If you have symptoms of something that is not normal for you, see a Dr and get a diagnosis, don't try to self diagnose, you may find your symptoms don't fit cancer, but that won't mean you have nothing that needs treatment.

A cough that wouldn't go away was my only symptom before being dx'd with stage iv lung cancer. The only way you can tell for sure is by getting xrays, or better yet, a CT scan.

I don't have to google anything, I know. there are very different symptoms, as I had 3 brother who died of lung cancer. they all smoked quite heavy. all of them always coughing especially in the mornings. as they grew older their stamina declined, their breathing became shallow. one gave up smoking 4.5 years prior to his death, age 54. He had pains at the back of his leg, and was treated for sciatica. (for ages). but by then the lung cancer had gone to the bones.The second one aged 63 died quite quickly, except an awful cough and loosing lots of weight he had no other symptoms. the 3rd die aged 74 a slow death with Oxygen to help him breath. they all lived otherwise a healthy life and were in lots of fresh air. they all were breathing very badly towards their end and none of them could have been saved with operations, Chemo Therapy or Radiation. A 4 brother stopped smoking 5 years ago, he too is on Oxygen day and night, and probably wont see the year out. My last and 5th brother never smoked and he is 68 but his health is of a 45 year old. my sister never smoked age 78 is still very healthy. Now me, I am not proud to say that I only gave up the fags a few years ago, and since then my breathing capacity has improved greatly. So I just pray, that God keeps me healthy for many more years. good luck to you too

For a few months I had been getting strange white goop in my mouth seemingly at random, but it has stopped as far as I know. When I searched about it online, I came to a question here on Yahoo answers about it and people had replied to it saying that it could either be tissues coming out of places inside your mouth that you have chewed (I chew the inside of my mouth), or a sign of cancer. Also, whenever I lie down in a certain position, my bones tremble violently and the only way I can make it stop is if I change positions. this has been happening to me for quite a while now, if I remember correctly. my bones have also been cracking a lot lately. I usually don't feel any pain when they do, however. It's usually just a snapping noise, but it is occasionally accompanied by very slight pain. my wrists and elbows have also been stiff for a while now, though this might be because I constantly do something that involves moving my arms (wrists especially) a lot (and I mean a LOT) every day. I've been wondering if these could be symptoms of bone cancer, or perhaps some other form of cancer or a completely different disease altogether. If you have knowledge in this topic, would you please be so kind as to tell me if I have a disease, which disease it is and what I should do about it? I am very, very frightened about this. thank you.
