WeightLossTriumph.com has released the results of a poll, which asked people who use Solo Slim to list the side effects they experienced. Voters were able to choose from five multiple choice options. Eighty respondents posted additional comments about their experiences using the popular weight loss supplement.

The consensus amongst those leaving comments was that Solo Slim was effective at achieving robust weight loss quickly. A hundred and twenty of those polled reported no side effects whatsoever.

"I've been taking Solo Slim for a month now, and I absolutely love it! In 30 days, I have lost 13 pounds and I feel great."

One user reported excessive sweating and insomnia in the first week of taking Solo Slim. she also reported an ongoing case of dry mouth and extreme thirst, the most common side effects listed in over half of the comments. she went on to say:

"I've lost 21 pounds in 2 1/2 months and the number on the scale keeps going down, with no plateauing so far."

Several respondents reported losing interest in food:

"I took Solo Slim last year and ended up losing 45 pounds over 5 months. the only side effects I noticed were slight headaches. then I realized this only occurred when I wouldn't eat, due to the fact that I wasn't ever hungry."

Many of the Solo slim side effects cited are the common symptoms of detoxification. When a person loses weight quickly, the toxins that were stored in adipose tissue are released into the bloodstream faster than the body can filter them. Such symptoms can include rash, flu-like aches, insomnia, nausea, extreme fatigue or restlessness, diarrhea or constipation, anxiety, headaches, sinus congestion, and irritability.

Many respondents reported some or all of these symptoms as side effects of using Solo Slim. Insomnia received 230 votes (22.1%); Headaches and Dizziness, 203 votes (19.5%); Intestinal Discomfort, 127 votes (12.2%).

Several people reported hair loss and diminished sex drive. but the most prevalent side effect reported was irregular heartbeat, which received 301 votes in the poll, amounting to 29%. One person who experienced chest pains said:

"For me, it's not worth the potential and unknown risks. I have a great husband and 3 gorgeous girls who love me, even if I am a little thick around the thighs."

Herbal supplements are not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration and are usually taken without a doctor's supervision, so it's important to read labels, familiarize yourself with the ingredients, and ensure that you are not allergic to any of them. the iodine in Solo Slim may spell trouble for thyroid patients. Any person taking heart medicine, or any other prescription, should consult with their doctor before adding supplements to their diet. as one respondent said:

"just because it's natural does NOT mean that it's SAFE!"

One conclusion drawn by several people was best expressed here:

"I'd suggest to just lose weight the old fashioned way: through diet and exercise."

But for those who have failed repeatedly with their weight loss program, Solo Slim has offered a rare ray of hope:

"I really don't want to give it up, as I have lost 10 pounds already. Although I've always eaten healthy and exercised, losing weight is almost impossible. I'd hate to give up the only thing that has ever worked for me."
