I've tried st johns wart and ginko biloba for circulation but is there any that are stronger?

A natural panic attack remedy can be very helpful in overcoming anxiety attacks. side effects are almost unheard of and there is no risk of dependency with homeopathic herbal anxiety remedies.

Here's one my husband uses and works quite well:
PureCalm – Natural Panic Attack Remedy
A 100% safe, natural anxiety remedy works quickly to promote balanced mood and feelings of well being, helping to stop anxiety panic attacks fast.

Gandomera coffee, a blend of roasted coffee beans and the red mushroom extract Ganoderma Lucidum or Reishi, has been used for centuries in China for its health benefits. Grown in the wild, Ganoderma coffee is touted as a safe and natural alternative to coffee that can treat diseases, insomnia and depression.

Ganoderma healing

In the early 1970's the veil of secrecy begin to be lifted with various researchers beginning to study the medicinal properties of ganoderma. the research mainly by Chinese and Japanese and the analysis and clinical experiments done by hospitals, collages and pharmaceutical manufacturers, has clearly established the extensive efficacy in the healthy functioning of almost every part of the body.

In China, Reishi is used for its muscle relaxing and analgesic (pain-inhibiting) effects. In one study, Reishi alleviated anxiety in 18 of 20 patients after four months use. It was concluded that the mushroom has an essentially calmative function, but is neither a narcotic nor a hypnotic.

It truly is a natural wonder drug with many healing properties. It is a hemocatharsis, detoxificant, diuretic, liver protector, intestine regulator, cardio tonic, blood pressure adjuster, a cold tonic, antitussive and expectorant, a tranquilizer and anti tumor agent. It can help your bodies metabolism, prevent tissue degeneration, improve the bodys immune system and help one's self eliminate viruses.

There are many claims on the internet about the fabulous healing powers of Ganoderma but one really has to search and do a bit of fact finding before they take on the decision to try Ganoderma. While we have only brushed over some of the healing properties that Ganoderma can provide we have a testimonial page from exisiting users of Ganoderma and some of the postive experiences they have had.

The Ganoderma mushroom encourages cellular detoxification, by activating and energizing the cells to deal with the accumulating toxins either in the cell nucleus or membrane. the cells are induced to expel the toxins and, as the cells do this, sometimes, the process produces an appearance of the symptoms related to the person’s prevailing problem.

Herbal Therapy:
For a soothing tea, Mary Bove, L.M., N.D., a naturopathic physician and director of the Brattleboro Naturopathic Clinic in Vermont, suggests blending lavender, oats, linden flower, catnip and lemon balm. (Although oats are usually though of as a food, they also have a medicinal effect, and herbalists recommend them for a variety of health problems.) look for these dried herbs in most health food stores. Dr. Bove says to buy 1/2 ounce of each of the dried herbs in cut form, then mix them together. to make a day's supply of tea, according to Dr. Bove, use four tablespoons of this herbal blend per quart of boiling water. Pour the water over the herbs and steep for about ten minutes. Strain until only the liquid remains, then drink the tea while it's warm. she says this can be sweetened, if preferred. she suggests drinking a cup after each mel and up to six cups a day if necessary.

Have you tried vitamin B complex. if your nerves are frayed it could be that these vitamins are lacking or you have a higher requirement for them. try B50 strength, time release format. B support the nervous system as a whole. Magnesium also supports the nervous system. It would be worth trying these first. Magnesium is best taken in combination with calcium and the citrate formulation is well absorbed. Take B complex in the morning. Take magnesium/calcium after your evening meal. you could also try lemon balm tea or in capsule form…..known to ehlp anxiety.

St Johns wort is more for depression rather than anxiety.

Rhodiola rosacea [an adaptogen] could be tried also if you have been through or are going through a particularly stressful period in your life.

Best wishes.

I like Ben S's suggestions. In addition, there are lots of products out there that have been effective against anxiety and panic attacks, incuding Native Remedies Triple Complex never Tonic and Mindsoothe.

A wonderful herbal product for the heart and panic attacks is Dr. Christopher's Hawthorne Berry Syrup. I use it regularly.

Though not specifically for panic attacks or anxiety, cayenne pepper extract is outstanding for overall cardiovascular health.

Timoty: I think I can help. St. Johns is great but more for depression than anxiety. I recommend 5-HTP, L-Tyrosine, GABA, and Ashwaganda and Vit B's. its kind of expensive to buy all these individually so i use a formula that has all of them called panicyl. It works well for me. Hope this helps Timoty.

Medical Marijuana (where legal)
Wild Kratom
Kava-Kava
Salvia

ginseng calms me down and puts me in a great mood. don't know the reason, maybe it is just in my head, but i don't think so.

I use Valerian, used in Kalms tablets available in most chemists, Natracalm tablets I find better but they're not sold in most chemists.

Tea – no seriously.
