I am 7 weeks along and had an ultrasound last week. We saw a strong heartbeat. I've had 2 miscarriages in the past and am just extremely nervous, cautious and probably a bit paranoid. I have had breast tenderness for a while now, and it seems to be stronger at night.
During the day I barely have any symptoms at all – no nauseousness, cravings or anything. Has anyone else felt this way before? I'm concerned of the lack of "symptoms" I'm feeling.
Some ladies have no symptoms at all, try to relax all of the stress you're feeling so is the baby.
Try not to worry, my first symptoms was sore boobs i never had nausea or havent craved anything, didnt pee alot, no heartburn or anything just been tired. Im 24 weeks now and had my scan today and babys healthy, so try not to worry too much you could be one of the lucky women like me who have a gud pregnancy
With a history like yours it is normal to worry. with my 3rd pregnancy I had issues like that too. Even before I knew I was pregnant my breasts would hurt from nothing more than a stiff breeze, and certain smells would make me want to puke. I even told my boss at 7 weeks becasue I worked in a restaurant and did not want him to think I had the flu or something if he caught me puking. A week later my breast tenderness was gone along with all my other symptoms. I tried to calm myself for most of a week…but by the end of the week I was hysterical. I called my OB and the nurse had me come in for an US to see the heartbeat. Of course there was a HB and everything was fine….and the baby is now 3 years old! I would wait a week or so ( I know it is hard) and if you still are not feeling pregnant, call your doctor and ask them to reassure you.
Hi I know how you are feeling, this is my 2nd pregnancy (my 1ft ended in a misscarage at 8 weeks).
I'd say that if youve seen a good strong heartbeat then the chances of having a miscarrage is very low.
Everyone has their 'good days' and 'bad days' throughout their whole pregnancy. I can see where your coming from with being paranoid about not feeling enough symptoms at times though. Id say as time goes on in your first frimester the symptoms will gradually get stronger, then less towards the end of it….for some people.
All I can say is hang in there and try not to worry unless you have bleeding (I had bleeding in my current-2nd pregnancy for the first 3 months and it scared me to death). But I'm now 28 weeks along with a very healthy and active baby inside me and I'm sure you will too
Good luck!
