Start with your caffeine intake. You should lessen your daily caffeine intake because not that it only keeps you awake at night, but it also constricts your blood vessels that would lead to palpitations and worst is hypertension. instead of coffee, just take water, fruit juices and teas. Moderate exercise will actually do wonders in your energy. Complemented with supplements found in the diet and pharmaceutically prepared multivitamins, you should be up and running in no time!
