during the day, i feel exhausted, all the time, like you have no idea. i just feel generally weak, really tired, and sometimes get episodes of shortness of breath. When i stand up, i'll also sometimes get very strong bloodrushes; the ones where you half of your vision "fuzzes" out and you feel like you're about to collapse and faint. the symptoms get worse when im in a hot room, need to do work which requires alot of thinking and work(haha), ect, and aren't as bad when i can just sit around and do nothing. This has made me wonder, can this all be in my head? Should i bother with a doctor visit? I've been tested for things like mono and limes, i think anemia also. its been like this for me for about two years now, along with having a hard time falling asleep at night. anyone have an idea what could be wrong with me??

Have your B12 level and your thyroid levels checked. not always done routinely.
Good luck.
Perhaps you need a multivitamin in addition to the B complex.
Four good energy boosters are chlorophyll, barley grass, wheat grass and Coenzyme Q10.
