Does indigestion also cause chin pain and left arm tingling like a heart attack symptoms?

by Symptom Advice on February 23, 2011

recently i have chest pain… (not heavy sensations… it rather "scratch" like)
i thought it was angina or heart disease
then i went to see 3 doctors (1 internist and 2 cardiologist)
after i ran for some tests (Blood Test, X Ray, EKG, and Stress Test Treadmill)
everything is normal and appropriate…
the doctors assured me that i'm ok…
they diagnosed my chest pain caused by indigestion…

now…
there are things that makes me worry again…
if my chest pain is not heart related pain…
then why do sometimes i feel my chin (jaw line) pain and my left arm tingling comes and goes ?
(tho' they appear with or without chest pain and not radiating like the heart attack symptoms, and i dont have shortness of breath)

it worries me…

Im 26 years old… 170 cm and 80kg…
I still could run without having chest pain…

thank you…

You more than likely have pinched muscles in your back. When pinched they tend to tighten up making it hard to breathe, it can make it feel like you have a car on your chest. When tight, muscles can make some of the other problems you indicate happen. If this is not all of the problem it will be the biggest part of it. Here is how to release those muscles to get rid of the pain:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
