If I have a renal cyst, what might make my doctor?First, your doctor will ask you if you are having any of the following problems:

If you start to have problems your doctor may want to that you became a CT scan or an MRI of his kidney to see if the cyst is growing.
If the cyst that you have in your kidney is large, or if it contains calcifications (hard pieces like stones) or dense tissue, it is likely you need to do reviews of TC often so that your doctor can see if there are changes to the cyst.
Will I need surgery to remove a renal cyst?If a cyst in the kidney is not causing any problems probably won’t have to remove it. If the cyst that you have in your kidney is increasing in size or if it is causing problems, your doctor may send it where a doctor who specializes in problems of kidney, i.e. a urologist.
