I just got inside from laying in the sun, and I felt so incredibly dizzy. It got really dark, and I went deaf, it felt like my of my ears were stuffed, and went to get a glass of water and I had to lay down and drink it because i was too light headed to stand. It took a few minutes for me to feel better. My heart was racing too, and now im shaking kind of….was this a mild heat stroke? or was i just light-headed? Also, could this have been life threatening?
yes, i felt like that on wensday. but i didnt go deaf or everything get dark
common symptoms and signs of heat stroke include:
* high body temperature
* the absence of sweating, with hot red or flushed dry skin
* rapid pulse
* difficulty breathing
* strange behavior
* hallucinations
* confusion
* agitation
* disorientation
*dizziness.
* seizure
* coma
* muscle cramps and aches
and it seems to me that you might went through mild heat stroke
and yes it is life threatening so please consult a doctor
