i recently start having discharge come out where i pee from . Can that be symptoms of an STD?

I had a baby 2months ago . Recently ive been experiencing discharge coming from my urethra . It comes out like pee sometime is yellow and a couple of times White. It also feels uncomfortable after i pee.
