Is it possible to get vertigo and other meniere's disease symptoms from lymes disease?

My sister has said to have meniere's disease, but no doctor can help her lessen it at all. is it possible she actually has lymes disease?

was she bit by a deer or turkey tick? did she have the bullseye ring ?
