I have a friend who was know to have asthma attacks when she was a lot younger but for the recent years it seem like she doesn't have but she still has symptoms of her chest feeling really tight, and shortness of breath and anxiety even when she in't doing anything really. I really don't understand cause she wanders if she's having an attack or not, because all she feels ar the symptoms without really struggling for breath
