I used to teach health, so I've addressed this common problem many times. Women often do NOT see symptoms like men do, since the affected areas are INSIDE! Here are some symptoms they CAN notice, though:
-cramping (not period-related)
-fever
-abnormal (pus-like) discharge that smells bad
-fatigue
-general abdominal discomfort
If you get any of these things, see a doctor PRONTO! it may not be gonorrhea, but something else just as bad, which can cause further infection and even sterility if not treated.
