Missed Menstrual Period:

Constipation:

This is experienced, because of hormonal changes affecting the digestive system. its better to drink loads of water and even exercising can help.

Some early symptoms of pregnancy do begin even before a missed period. these symptoms include flu like symptoms, fatigue, headache, implantation bleeding, mood swings, nausea, and changes in your breasts, frequent urination, and odd food cravings. as some of these symptoms mimic pre-menstrual symptoms, don’t get confused and as these symptoms can occur a few days after conception occurs.
