Lung Cancer Symptoms – General Signs and symptoms of cancer
You should know some general (non-specific) signs and symptoms of cancer. But remember, having any of these does not mean you have cancer -. most other things cause these signs and symptoms, too

Fever Fever is very common in cancer, but it happens more often after the cancer has spread from where it started. Almost all cancer patients have fever at some point, especially if the cancer or its treatment affects the immune system. this may make it difficult for the body to fight infection. less often, fever may be an early sign of cancer, such as blood cancers like leukemia or lymphoma.
Fatigue Fatigue is extreme fatigue that does not improve with rest. It can be an important symptom as cancer develops. It may come too early, but, in cancers such as leukemia, or cancer causes loss of blood, which can happen with some cancers of the colon or stomach.
Pain Pain can be an early symptom with some cancers such as bone cancers or testicular cancer. A headache that does not disappear or respond to treatment may be a symptom of a brain tumor. back pain can be a symptom of colon, rectum, or ovary. most often, the pain that is associated with cancer is a symptom of cancer that has metastasis (spread to where it began).
With Changes in skin cancers of the skin (see next section), other cancers can cause skin symptoms or signs that can be seen. These signs and symptoms include: /> skin looking darker (hyperpigmentation) skin and eyes yellow
