i have about 5000mg of vitamin c per day on average.
is that bad?
Most supplements and vitamins are kinda pointless in my opinion. your body cant break it all down normally and most of the vitamins you will take you most likely will piss them out. I stopped taking them just for the fact that its expensive. I would say your fine but I would rather see you just eat fruit and vegetables with what you need. the human body responds best to natural vitamins
that is way too much, you should only be taking about 65mg-70mg a day.
