What are the swine flu symptoms? And how do I get rid of a fever & cough?

My symptoms; coughing (sore throat), dizzy, 99.9 fever, hot flashes.

What I've been taking- airborne, advil, tea, and sleeping a lot.

Please help me get rid of this stuff! Do you think it's swine flu?
