If I think I may have high blood sugar but not diabetes. what are the symptoms and how can I make it better? thanks

you can't have high blood sugar without having diabetes… with the symptoms are sometime hard to pinpoint exactly.. my family doctor told me one time that diabetics actually feel better when their blood sugar is elevated.. I remember my cousin and his wife were out with me and my wife. my cousin asked if we wanted anything to drink. he himself had hi C he drank 2 quart cans..this was excessive thirst if I ever seen it. I talked to my cousin and his wife telling them that he might have diabetes.. sure enough after spending all that time in Viet Nam it was diabetes that killed him at age 46. I've been a diabetic for some 40 years and try to keep my blood sugar levels down to normal levels.. I am sometimes surprised that my blood sugar is elevated because I feel fine. that is why checking your blood sugar often is so important. with checking your blood sugar often you don't have to experience the extreme highs.. I would say a sluggish feeling no energy and the fruity breath others can smell it like you've may be mixtaken for being drunk.. trouble is the best way to tell is with your glucose monitor. Diabetes is a disease of the circulatory and your neurological systems.. it helps clog your arteries and damages your neurological system.. I don't smoke but I have 4 stents. Neurologically I am troubled with neurapathy in my feet… I have no propiosensors so I have to be careful with balance.. Many other diabetics have retinopathy which may cause blindness.. I have had the disease for 44 years.. Complications happen sometimes in the course of time. some people happen to have complications in less time.. Early detection is paramount once you get on a regimine with your doctor that works stay on it.. it won't go away….

when mines high i feel hot and like i have a fever. i get headaches that are bad enough that i cant take anything and i have to sleep them off. i think it depends person to person. about all you can do is move around and exercise to get it down.
