What can I do to reduce the pain and "symptoms" of period pain?

Im having a really bad time and dont want to take pain killers.

Well if you dont want to take meds.
Take a hot bath. YEs u can do this on your period.
Drink some hot tea or hot chocolate.
make sure you are warm because the cold makes your body constrict which in turn causes more cramps.
Also try to meditate and listen to relaxation music.
Dont think about the fact that u have cramps. think of other things. It will be over soon.

Heating pad or a warm bath or shower while you are on your cycle. If you exercise regularly and increase potassium in your diet it may help decrease the pain later.

Heating pad, taking a shower, exercising, Masturbation.

Midol isn't really a pain killer. It addresses the things that cause cramps, bloating, etc. Don't be brave … treat yourself

My bestie has same prob. Try to relax, use a heating pad, and drink some warm water or tea.
