What disease has symptoms of anemia, fatigue, headaches, shortness of breath, jaundice and blood in urine?

Other information is that the person has distorted red blood cells and it's a heterozygous disease. I need help for a biology project and I can't seem to find a disease that has all of these symptoms! PLEASE HELP!!!
