What do you do to help with the relief of symptoms associated with allergies?

I have horrible allergies…my eyes/forehead itch, my ears are just pounding, I keep sneezing, have a headache, can hardly keep my eyes open and have a horrible sore throat. Im nursing my daughter so I cant take a load of medication, but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas maybe home remedies..im miserable!

When I was nursing, I got a prescription for a steroidal nasal spray. Beconase AQ or Nasonex is good. since it is a nasal spray, it does not get into your whole body. I read that there was a slight possibility that it could stunt the baby's growth. He grew 12 inches his first year! I don't think it affected him any.
With your throat being sore, are you sure it is allergies and not a bad cold? I had a cold every month when I was nursing my daughter. Have you checked to see if you have a fever?

There’s a really good homeopathic medicine that my naturopath recommended called Pascallerg, it says on the box you can even use it in little kids so I don’t think there is any problem with breastfeeding.
