What medical problems have the same symptoms as the early signs of pregnancy?

Just curious if there are any diseases etc. that have symptoms similar to pregnancy like, sore breasts, exhaustions, hunger, increased sense of smell etc.

depression also has some of those symptoms or if your over working your self
