I have had a small lump inside my bottom lip for a month now. Feels like a small ball-bearing, I can roll it between my fingers. It is a little purple in colour too. could this be mouth cancer?
Maybe instead of asking strangers on Y/A, you should have a DOCTOR take a look at it??
