For the past three days I've been having really bad stomach pains and dizzy spells.
After I have a dizzy spell, I get really drowsy and tired.
The stomach pains aren't period pains, they're different, they're more in the middle of my stomach and they come and go all day.
Anyone have a diagnosis, coz I'd really like to know what's causing this?
