Here are some of the natural remedies of chronic pelvic pain:

Kegel exercise: Exercise has often played a vital role in the maintenance of fitness and balance within the body.  Kegel exercise, if performed correctly can be extremely beneficial for the individual suffering from chronic pelvic pain. with the regular performance of this exercise, the muscles of the pelvic floor are strengthened, the sexual performance as well as sexual satisfaction increases and last but not the least it also lessens the pain of the pelvic muscles.

Firstly one needs to find out the pelvic muscles. This can be done when one tries to stop urinating in the halfway. The muscles that constricts are the pelvic muscles but one must ensure that during this process, other muscles like that of the buttocks or abdomen should not be compressed; particularly, when you’re voluntarily squeezing your pelvic muscles. in Kegel exercise the individual needs to squeeze and hold the pelvic muscles and then let go. This need to be practiced at least ten times in a day but there should be a rest break for about five seconds in between. However other muscles should not be used.

Psycho physiological therapy: This therapy is extremely useful for the treating of chronic pelvic pain. This therapy includes relaxation, stress management as well as counseling programs so that the individual can psychologically rise above
