Does celexa get rid of the physical symptoms of anxiety such as heart racing, lips twitching, mumbling?
Matt s, I have been on celexa for many years,I can't say that it gets rid of symptoms of anxiety, I still have to take a xanax for panic attacks as perscribed and it will stop a panic attack very easily, maybe you should talk to your doctor about this problem. Good Luck Rita V
