Extract juice of one lemon and mix it with one cup of warm water. Apply this on your skin and leave it to dry for 20 minutes. After that, wash it with lukewarm water. make a paste with one egg white and a little bit of honey and rub the paste all over your skin gently. keep it on for about 25 minutes and then clean off with cold water. Add some powder of orange peel and 3 tbsp of rose water and massage your skin with this mixture twice every day as it can help you to exfoliate your skin. get a fresh papaya and make a fine paste by mashing it. Cucumber has the properties to cool your skin and lighten the freckles and the skin tone. Apply the juice of cucumber on your skin as it can smooth the wrinkles and act as natural bleach.

Rub the paste of a bunch of fenugreek leaves on your skin and keep it for half an hour. After that, clean smoothly with fresh cool water. Prepare a paste by grinding five almonds after soaking them in water, overnight. Rub this paste over your skin for 30 minutes and wash it off with warm water to get a glowing skin. Scrubbing your skin with the mixture of one tsp walnut powder, two tbsp honey and one tbsp lemon juice can help you to get a skin that will look radiant and glowing. You can also apply the paste of three tbsp of turmeric powder with orange juice on your skin to make it soft and glowing.

Take fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, salads and fruit juices in your daily diet. While taking fruit juices, add some honey as a replacement of sugar. You should take the green tea or buttermilk instead of strong tea or coffee. Following these simple tips can make your skin healthy.
