Hoarse voice (in mornings), coughing, mucus in throat–symptoms of what?

I've been having these symptoms for about a week:
-hoarse voice (usually in the mornings)
-coughing a lot (usually mucus)
-mucus in throat
I HAVEN'T been having a runny nose, sneezing, fever…
What are these symptoms of?
