I have had influenza once already this year, my symptoms are sore throat, fever, weak, headaches, any ideas?

i have been out of school for three days and am wondering if going to a doctor might help, or if it is just another bad virus.

I'm going to advise you to see your doctor again for this one. although you already had the flu once you can get a different kind of the strain. The other thing is since you're already 3 days into the symptoms that my concern is that something more might be going on. If these symptoms aren't any better at all then you could have mono and since this is a very contagious and debilitating disease your doctor needs to treat you as soon as possible. Even a virus needs to be diagnosed because of the illness's that can be contagious and overall much worse than a bacteria. although there's no cure there are medications that can ease the symptoms.good luck with whatever you decide to do and God Bless.
BTW- with tomorrow being a holiday, if you're going to be around relatives you should talk this over with your parents. If you do have a contagious condition, you might spread it to others. your parents might want you to be seen tonight in an urgent care clinic or an ER

it's a sign your entire system is lacking nutrients like vitamins and mineral

improve your diet and begin a multivitamin

eat salads daily

eat fruit for Potassium; the flu depletes Potassium and Vit. C.
