Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis is a kind of lung disease | Symptoms of IPF are dry cough and asthma

Idiopathic pulmonary phythrosin is called shortly as IPF. it is one kind of Interstitial lung disease. this ILDs are of many kinds. some are RBILD, BOOP, AIP, VIP, DIP, NIP, and etc. the cause for this IPF has not been recognized yet. but it is observed more in smokers. 70% of the IPF patients have the habit of smoking or had the habit  but stopped. ILD is generally found in the humans of age 50 and above. this is found most in painters, carpenters, beauticians, mine workers, laundry workers, dry cleaners, and those who breaths dangerous dust, chemicals. All the symptoms are not visible at once. they will appear one after another. the basic symptoms are dry cough, and asthma. Tests are necessary to determine this disease. as per requirement X-RAY, ECG, CT scan, bronchoscopy, lung biopsy, ABG, pulmonary functional test should be made. A small piece from lungs will be taken and observed in the lab to determine the disease . this test is called as biopsy. Accurate estimation can be done by biopsy. the amount of oxygen that dissolves in blood will be decreased in IPF patients. Thus they gets asthma. the working stats of lungs, and the extent of oxygen in blood can be determined by spycometry, and DLOC tests. And the severity of the disease can also be decided by these tests.

Interstitial lung disease will ruin the lungs. this cannot be cured completely. some kinds of IDLs only have medicines. these medicines can only prevent further growth of the disease, but cannot cure it. Thus we can only reduce the speed of the spreading of the disease after declaring it by tests. the medicines should only be used under observation of doctors since these medicines may have some adverse effects also. And the observation also required to know the result of the medicines. There are some other diseases like IPF. they are congestive heart failure, lymphocytic carcinomatosis, sorcoidosin, hyper sensitivity nuomonitis, neuomoconiasis, osbestocin, alveolar protinosis,   Lung infection, icinofilic granuloma. And some adverse effects caused by the usage of some medicines may also lead to IDL. In the critical stage of IDL the patients may have the necessity to provide oxygen externally.
