Hi Jeremy, yes many people have wet dreams although I have never had the pleasure of one.
Enlarged prostrate will cause you to pee a lot and need to get up at night & when you feel your balls one may be very large or have a lump on it or hurt to touch.
I've not had wet dreams, myself
but if you are uptight about sex yes I should think you could have them.
With regard to washing out the prostate
this is not possible as far as i know
but a prostatic massage would do much the same job.
If you wish to try and don't want to go to a professional
